Primal by Genndy Tartakovsky (the guy who made Samurai Jack, the Clone Wars animated mini series, & I think Symbiotic Titan), a show with Conan the Barbarian-esque adventures with a partnered pair of a caveman and a dinosaur, one of the main selling points being how they tell the story with no spoken dialogue.
It’s a great show, but very brutal, the sort of thing you’d show to the idiots who claim animation is only for kids, but how they handle that brutality is part of what makes it such a great show.
If you do choose this, you might want to start soon, as the second season is already running and got to episode 4 by the time I wrote this(holy f@#k, episode 4, I did not think they could make me feel that way after everything), with episode 5 being on friday.
There’s a suprising lack of reaction videos(at least last I checked) for such a kickass show, I don’t know if that matters to you, but there you go.
Further note, if you do choose this, one of the episodes was released out of order for an april fools thing, so Scent of Prey goes before Plague of Madness.
Some reaction vids, and ah yes, should you watch, you should know(sort of semi-spoiler(?), doesn’t reveal what happens, but does give you the idea something particularly big happens in this episode) there was about a year’s hiatus after s1e5 ended before we got confirmation of any more. I just want to see the expressions and reactions to knowing that THAT was a possible ending to the show.
