Re:Zero Season 4 Episode 18 is called “Ram.” If you’ve been on Crunchyroll for the Recapture Arc, this is the one where the older sister finally gets to show who she is when Rem is on the line. Anime-only — no manga, no light novel spoilers here.
This Yaboyrocklee Reaction is the episode reaction for Season 4 Episode 18 “Ram.”
Ram
Great episode. Straight up.
What got me was how Ram connected with Rem in a way only twins could. Ram may not have a horn. Rem still has hers. And somehow they’re synchronized anyway — because of what Ram learned with Subaru. Whatever memories she does or doesn’t have, she knows Rem is her sister. She loves her. And the older sister is going to protect Rem again.
The choreography was beautiful. She beat his ass and he deserved it.
Sometimes her words feel too harsh with Subaru — and he never really says nothing back — but it matches. Her true form is a fighter: relentless, fast, strong, dominating, powerful one-liners. The speech patterns match the fighting style.
I appreciate her personality more now. You’re seeing who she was meant to be. Getting cut down while she’s defending her little sister… sad sad sad.
Absolutely beautiful.
Emilia
Emilia this episode…
She made a whole army of the Homies she loves. Had a couple Subaru knights sacrificed so she can get to the next floor — and then she apologized. That shyt got me laughing.
Sweet. Deadly. Funny. She’ll beat your ass and apologize. She won’t hold back.
She gets more perfect as the seasons continue. Dope character.
