The story evolves around Hei, who works for the syndicate hunting down so called contractors, people with powers (like mutants from X-Men), who have to pay a price inone form or another to use their powers.
Melancholic – philosophical anime, with well done action scenes and interesting unique characters.
An Anime from Studio Bones in 2007, followed by a second season called Gemini of the Meteor in 2009. There is an 4 episode OVA set in-between the seasons.
