Its an anime about multiple unique “main characters” which are supposed to fight each other in a tournament. But the tournament happens way later and the anime focuses on 1-2 “main characters” in an episode with their own stories leading up to the tournament. Even though most episodes have their own stories there is a big underlying story and the characters cross paths at specific points.
Its a lot of action with nice lore and world building and a lot of cool unique characters. Animation is not the best but its good enough.
It has 2 seasons with 12 episodes each.
